When booking, the customer must necessarily inform the host of his approximate time of arrival at the establishment, as well as that of his departure. The absence of this information would cause the reservation to be refused by the host. If these times were too early or too late in relation to the times noted on the host's rules of procedure, the latter could also refuse the reservation. A cancellation must be sent immediately to Booking.com by the customer. Nevertheless, the host would accept a tolerance of more or less one hour on the time slots mentioned on its rules of procedure.
