Beautiful recently constructed provencal villa with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a 60m2 swimming pool, home cinema, boulodrome, games room, pool house, summer kitchen with bbq and pizza oven and landscaped gardens perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy incredible views of the Bay of Cannes and Esterel Mountains. Comprised of a large kitchen, 40m2 living and dining area equipped with Sonos and Samsung Smart TV, 3 ensuite bedrooms (2 which can be twinned) with views (15m2, 12m2, 12m2) in the main villa, a fully equipped independant studio with view (30m2), a double sofa bed in the cinema room, an ensuite pool house, summer kitchen with barbeque and pizza oven, boulodrome, games room and landscaped gardens with breathtaking views overlooking Cabris and the Cote D'Azur. Fully private with a double garage and additional parking for 3 cars all secure within this 1600m2 piece of land.
Situated in the historic and charming village of Cabris with unforgettable views of the Mediterranean sea and the mountains of Esterel you have direct access on foot to the local shops, amenities and restaurants (5 minutes on foot).
