Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 300 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool in Penne-d'Agenais, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 11,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and working fireplace - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and three single beds - Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed - Large games room with sofa, TV, children's games and table football - Bathroom with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private swimming pool, 10×5 m, open from mid-May to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a motorised solar enclosure - A 33 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A beautiful 11,000 m² garden surrounding the house and not enclosed. Other remarks : - Air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and games room. - There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs.
