The accommodation is ideal for two people. However, a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a third person. The accommodation is not optimized for 3 adults, especially at the dining area. The Cosy - it is a 24m² apartment, with soft and colorful decoration for the pleasure of the eyes, where everything is done to find yourself as at home! The accommodation is composed of two well proportioned rooms: a room of 10 m² with a double bed, a beautiful dressing room and a suitcase corner. A second room with a living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area. Very bright thanks to its large bay window of the living room, everything has been optimized in order to be functional and COSY! Whatever the destination of your Parisian stay: stay with your family, a working day at La Défense, or visit of the capital, you will love to find yourself sheltered from noise and outdoor entertainment, inside this cozy cocoon that will allow you to recover and thus fully enjoy your sweet evenings or your fat mornings. Ideal for 2 people, you can sleep up to 3 people in an extra bed thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The location of the apartment, set back from the main boulevard, makes it quiet while remaining close to the shops and bus lines located nearby. It should be noted that we are located close to the city centre and, as the accommodation is located on the edge of the street, the traffic noise is perceptible from the accommodation. A cemetery is also located opposite the apartment. The city center and its market are 900 m from the apartment. Are you a fine cook? The covered and outdoor market of Houilles, one of the largest in Ile-de-France, located 900m from the accommodation, will welcome you on Wednesdays and Saturdays morning.
