Pleasant T3 apartment of approximately 74 m², located in the heart of the city in a quiet street, on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator. Its terrace with a view of the Mauresque Park. For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure parking. Its living room, very bright, with TV (the accommodation does not have WIFI) and its dining area opening onto the south-facing terrace. A separate kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, hotplates and dishwasher. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed which offers sleeping space for two people and its closet. And a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people and an 80 cm bed for one person. Its bathroom with washing machine. And separate WC with hand basin. All shops, restaurants are nearby, for shopping enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the town, and the main beach is nearby to organize your picnics, or your swimming afternoons during our beautiful days.
