Every one of our apartments is fully furnished and has a kitchen equipped with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cafetière or kettle and dishes. Reception is open from Monday to Friday (7am-12pm and 2pm-8pm), week-end and bank holidays(8am-12pm and 2pm-8pm). From a double studio to the 3-room superior family apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests, this residence is perfect for all your business trips or family holidays. For your comfort, our team recommends you choose some of our à la carte services, such as housekeeping and laundry. Our breakfast buffet service is very popular with our guests and includes regional products, fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats and hot dishes.

The public transport right next to the residence ensures easy access to the city centre in less than 10 minutes. Art and history lovers will love the architectural treasures of this "city of 100 church bells". The city is a significant location from the Second World War, and which is remembered through its Peace Memorial, which is famous all over the world for the commemorations that take place there every year. Around fifty kilometres from Caen, you can visit the historic Omaha Beach and Sword Beach. If you love the seaside, take some time to relax on the Riva Bella de Ouistreham beach, less than 20 minutes away, or explore the famous beach resorts of Deauville-Trouville, just 35km from your accommodation.
