The Ritter family welcomes you to their former horticultural farmhouse which has known 4 generations. A cosy, brand new apartment of 67 m2 with a large private garden, in a quiet area, along the German border and the forest. This is an ideal place for hiking and mountain biking (mountain bikes can be rented on site).
Ideal place to discover the local mining heritage.
Rented individual apartment of 67m2 in a quality environment on 15 ares. Quiet in an exceptional green setting at the foot of an old horticultural farm. Atypical place with a view on the former horticultural farm.
Located in the town of Freyming-Merlebach, former mining town, stronghold of coal mining in France. You can discover places that have marked this period of industrialization such as the old mining headframes or the open-air quarries (Barois quarry with an impressive view less than 1km away, perfect for a walk).
Ideal for nature lovers, the gite is close to marked trails (you will find the maps on site), possibility of renting mountain bikes on site (mountain bikes brand cube).
Many sites of the local heritage are to be visited:
-Mine museum in Petite-Rosselle (10min by car)
-the aquatic maginot line in Host and Barst (15min by car)
