The proximity of the animations, the trade, the atmospheric bars, the unmissable glaciers and the very beautiful beach of Moulleau promises you a pleasant stay. The private parking space in the basement is a real advantage.

Neighbourhood information

The Moulleau district is a must for your holidays. You will enjoy the many restaurants and shops of this lively district of Arcachon in the evening. There are also some nice shops, ready-to-wear, regional products ... it's the chic district of Arcachon. The beach of Moulleau is the most southern beach of Arcachon at the entrance of the basin. From there, we have a magnificent view of the dune Pyla (about 5 km), on the bank of Arguin and Cap Ferret. This beach is supervised during the summer. Note that we have more depth than the other beaches of Arcachon because we are close to the Atlantic Ocean but the sea is always calm (protection of Cap Ferret). Finally the beautiful chapel Notre Dame des Passes dominates the neighborhood and offers an overview not to be missed.
