This large 84m2 apartment, quiet and ideally located in the heart of the French Riviera, is on the 2nd floor with elevator and has 2 private parking spaces in the residence. It can accommodate up to 5 people (2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room). Fully air-conditioned Free Wi-Fi network Computer for free use Solid oak flooring throughout the apartment Motorized roller shutters with centralized closing 4K TV with Netflix, Disney, etc. (requires connecting your own account)
