IN A BEAUTIFUL NORMAN-STYLE GUARDED RESIDENCE, ON THE 1ST FLOOR WITH ELEVATOR, A SURFACE AREA OF 30 M2 THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE 5 PEOPLE. You are 2 km from the city center, you will take the longest seawall in Europe to reach the entertainment and shops. The apartment offers: a living room (with a 140x190 sofa bed, a flat screen TV) opening onto a south-facing balcony, an independent kitchen (with a dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, a combined oven/microwave, a fridge), a hallway leading to a bedroom (with 1 140x190 bed + 1 90x190 bunk bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. Pets are not allowed in this rental. This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).
