## The space The Conciergerie du Touquet offers you this beautiful, cosy flat close to the town centre and very close to the beach (2 minutes' walk). The flat has been recently refurbished and has a cosy, warm feel. You can also enjoy a large 50m² terrace when the weather permits. The flat comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a children's bedroom with 3 single beds (2 single beds can be joined together to make a double bed). There is a very nice living room with two sofas. TV and WIFI The bathroom has a shower with a washing machine-dryer. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: - Oven - microwave oven - Dishwasher - Nespresso coffee machine Linen is not provided. It can be provided as an option. ## Other things to note Linen is not supplied, it is optional. Consumables are not supplied
