Ideally located in the Loire valley well known for its Renaissance castles, spacious apartment of 60m2 with a duplex bedroom, bright, very quiet, renovated with style and quality materials. Living room opening on a balcony with St Martin's Basilica view. Located at the 4th and last floor with elevator. Fully equipped kitchen, marble working surface, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juice extractor... Bathroom with Italian shower, sink (2 basins), magnifying mirror, towel dryer. Separated WC. This apartment is equipped with a washer dryer, hair dryer, TV with wifi and plenty of storage space. Quality bedding: Bed (160cm) and sofa (120cm). Bed linen and towels provided. Non smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
Tours city center, all shops nearby. Touristic town on the banks of the river Loire, famous for its gastronomy, its wine and its living environment. Visits: Shopping halls, castles, guinguettes, troglodyte sites, bike rides, canoeing.
