Appartement 2 pièces en duplex, 37 m2, totalement rénové, idéal pour un couple. L appartement est situé dans une rue très calme mais seulement à une minute à pied des commerces. Il est composé : - d une vraie cuisine avec un coin repas et salon. - à l étage d une chambre avec un grand lit (160x200) et une salle de bain attenante. La cuisine est entièrement équipée (machine à café, four, grille-pain, bouilloire, etc. ). Le café et le thé sont à votre disposition. Le linge de maison est fourni.
