## The space The accommodation consists of the following areas: - Mezzanine / Bedroom: with double bed - Living room + kitchen area - Cabin area with bunk beds (2 single beds) - Shower room with WC - Balcony overlooking the tennis court Bed linen, towels (1 large per person), tea towels and bath mats are provided and set-up. We also provide a few rolls of toilet paper for arrival but not for the entire stay Beach towels are not provided

## The neighborhood Located about 1.5 km from Le Lavandou, the Saint-Clair district is home to the beach of the same name. Smaller than the nearby Plage du Lavandou, Saint-Clair offers a breathtaking view of the Golden Islands (Port Cros and Le Levant). It is more secret and its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun from dawn. Nicknamed "The Pearl", it offers a landscape worthy of tropical countries. Fine white sand, mountains surrounding it, this beach nestled at the foot of the pine forests has nothing to envy the postcards of certain distant countries. Regularly cited as one of the most beautiful beaches in France, Saint-Clair also benefits from numerous shops (hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) all accessible on foot.
