C18th style house built in the C15th, (but with all mod-cons!), right next to the ancient Collégiale in the very heart of Le Dorat. Home from home stay with a British family who have made Le Dorat their home. You are assured of a very warm welcome whether you stay for one night or several. Late check ins / early check outs available.
Brits who cames to live in the area 4 years ago. Professional musician and theatre lighting designer respectively with our young female Border Collie, Willow.
Le Dorat is a Petite Cité de Caractère, most famous for its vast 11th Century Collégiale and important status in the ancient Basse Marche area of the Limousin.
