Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Vannes, located near the port, this charming apartment of a surface of 45 m ², exposed East and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy a meal outside. Wifi (optical fiber), free parking, sheets included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 25 m², sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with microwave oven, fridge, hood, hotplates, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet Outside : - A covered balcony of about 3 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
