What an ideal location for a holiday! On the road towards the beaches, 25 minutes from the ocean and 10 minutes from Dax, this former workshop is inventing a new life. This cottage is accessible to people with disabilities. Tourism and Handicap label obtained for mental and hearing disabilities. Arranged on one level, it includes a fitted kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, freezer. Living room-lounge (TV, restricted telephone), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), 2 shower rooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 walk-in shower and toilet), pantry with washing machine, dressing room. Baby equipment available (changing table, high chair and a small wooden bed with bars). Covered terrace 15 m². Private land 1000 m² unfenced. Garden furniture, Fixed barbecue, swing. Located in the village, near Dax. On owner's land 6000 m². Juste 1 pet allowed. The price doesn't included the housework, the shower linen and kitchen linen et heating.
