This elegant villa was completely renovated in 2023 and offers extraordinary features such as a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. It is a comfortable place to stay with your family or friends. The holiday home has elegant paving, comfortable air-conditioned rooms and a private pool that can be heated (to 23 °C upon request 10 days in advance and with extra charge from October to May). Relax with a good book in the large garden or sit on the lovely sofa in the spacious living room, which has a smart TV with Netflix. There is parking for your car and the kitchen offers a beautiful view of the village. Callian is a picturesque village in the French Var. Situated on a hilltop, it offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. The village is home to a magnificent medieval castle dating from the 11th century, which is open to visitors. In addition, Callian is a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers because of the beautiful landscapes and forests in the area. The village also has a lively local market offering delicious local produce. The surrounding villages are all worth a visit, some of which are even listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Take a look at Montauroux and don't miss the magnificent villa de la Colle, its streets dotted with works of art and the village square where you can have lunch in the shade under the plane trees on summer days. The view from here is absolutely breathtaking. A little further afield you can enjoy wine tasting at one of the many vineyards that produce the famous Côtes de Provence and the very light rosé (the famous gris). The Provencal markets take place in almost every village, check with the tourist office for the exact day. The car can be parked inside the property. Nice airport is 57 km away.
