Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² flat in Villers-sur-Mer, 200 m from the beach, can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises: - A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee machine for ground coffee, etc. - One bedroom (facing the courtyard) with two single beds - A second bedroom (on the street) with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a glass roof equipped with a blackout curtain. - A shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A long (east-facing) balcony overlooking the market square, furnished with furniture to make the most of sunny days. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
