Take advantage of your comfortable accommodation, fully equipped, for your stay by Lake Annecy. Relax by the water on the sun loungers on the residence's private beach. Ideal for 2 to 3 people (couple with a child for an unforgettable vacation by Lake Annecy or for your business trips and / or family visit). You have the residence's private parking and closed bicycle storage. Bed and bathroom linen will be provided. Accommodation equipment: A kitchen equipped with Fridge / Microwave / Kettle / Coffee machine / Toaster / Raclette machine / Dishwasher / Washing machine and utensils. A living room with TV / Dressing / Convertible sofa bed 2 good quality / Convertible sofa one place. Bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer, hair dryer.
