Property information

Independent and spacious gite, on the route des Monts de Lacaune At the gates of the Lacaune Mountains, in a region of medium mountains dotted with lakes, woods and valleys. It offers a peaceful and green environment and a beautiful view of the countryside and the surrounding mountains. 10 minutes from the leisure base of St Pierre de Trivisy where swimming pool, slides, Accrocbranche and mini-golf will delight children. Many activities are proposed in the region (hiking, mountain biking...). For history buffs, about 30 km away, discover Albi and its Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Castres, the birthplace of Jean Jaurès. Cottage on one level, garden with trees and flowers, (600 m²), large sunny terrace and partly covered. The cottage is located on the side of the departmental road D81 (Albi-Lacaune), little transient and very appreciated by cyclotourists, alternating underbrush passages, pretty coasts and fast descents. Ping-pong, car shelter. Large living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms (a double bed 140x190 in each), bathroom, toilet. Additional heating, fireplace insert. Heating/eletricity included.
