The Aquaclub is now open and access to this 1,700 m² aquatic area is included for all guests. Residents of Les Maisons de la Plage also benefit from access to a second swimming pool reserved exclusively for them. The village is equipped with a small train to facilitate movement throughout the resort. Please note that if the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Reception is open from Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and on Fridays from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Guests arriving outside reception hours are kindly requested to contact the residence in advance. For an additional fee, you may request a specific location for your accommodation by contacting the residence directly; contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Only credit card payments are accepted. Swimming shorts are not permitted; men must wear fitted swimming trunks.

The price includes accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, basic Wi-Fi, taxes (excluding city tax and application fees), access to playgrounds and sports areas (except tennis courts and archery), daytime and evening entertainment, fitness activities, games and themed events, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen and dishes). Optional services available at an extra cost include beds made on arrival, mid-week housekeeping and additional cleaning kits (the number of services purchased must correspond to the number of occupants). Any modification to the booking may incur a fee, and invoices are issued exclusively in the name stated on the reservation.

For children aged 2 to 12, an outdoor playground is available in the heart of the village and accessible at all times; parental supervision is required. In the Maisons de la Plage district, residents can enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool during July and August. During French school holidays, it is open daily from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Outside school holidays, it is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, and closed on Thursdays. The outdoor aquatic areas are open from mid-June to the end of August.

Free fitness and yoga sessions are offered during school holidays and on weekends in May, June and September. Rosalie bikes, pedal boats, pedal cars and go-karts are available for rent, while archery is accessible year-round; details and rates are available at reception. The Aquaclub also features a wellness area with a sauna, hammam and cardio-fitness room, accessible by reservation only at the Aquaclub reception, daily from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at a cost of €17 per person and reserved for guests aged 18 and over. Tennis enthusiasts can enjoy four courts (two indoor and two outdoor), open daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with free court reservations and equipment available subject to availability.

The Aquaclub includes free-access indoor and outdoor water play areas: an indoor wave pool with slide and paddling pool open year-round, and an outdoor area open from mid-June to late August featuring pools, water slides, a toddler pool, whirlpool and landscaped beach. Paid-access areas include a 25-meter swimming pool, the cardio-fitness room and the sauna & hammam. During French school holidays, the Aquaclub is open daily from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm (last entry at 6:00 pm). Outside school holidays, opening hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, and closed on Thursdays.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
