Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Bénodet, this charming apartment at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 55 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you ! The apartment is composed as follows: - A very luminous 20m2 living room with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed and dining area - A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... - Room 1 : a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190) + a single bed on the mezzanine - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A balcony of about 5m², facing west, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The accommodation is located above a restaurant, which may cause noise disturbance. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
