++++ Charmant appartement toit confort de 70m2, très proche du centre et de la mer AVEC BALCON ++++ FRONT DE MER A 200 M AVEC TOUS LES RESTAURANTS DE PLAGE. Rue calme , facile de s'y garer. Possible de tout faire à pied à Berck. La rue piètonne est à 300 m et le casino de Berck sur mer aussi. La mer est à 200 m (la ou vous voyez mon doigt sur les photos). Accès au jardin par un escalier entre le rez de chaussé et le premier étage. Machine nespresso. Machine à laver. Canapé lit neuf dans le salon. Tv neuve, meubles neufs.
