Beautiful view of the Aravis mountain range. Access to the chalet via stairs from the parking lot and garage (winter only) located approximately 60 m from the chalet. MAIN LEVEL: entrance hall with toilet, large living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.), living room with French doors opening onto a balcony, lounge with TV, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1ST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and sink, and a toilet. GROUND FLOOR: former studio with 2 single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The beds are equipped with duvets (240x260 and 140x200). Boiler room with washing machine. Winter garage with ski storage. One pet allowed. Non-smoking chalet. Starting winter 2025/2026: cleaning is included and mandatory. Optional services (subject to availability): linen rental, loan of childcare equipment, Wi-Fi box rental* (euros39/week). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
