BASEMENT: Laundry room GROUND FLOOR: 1 toilet, 1 shower with sink Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm), Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (3x80 cm) FIRST FLOOR: 1 entrance hall, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet with sink, large room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer), living room with stove (wood provided), dining room, balconies, and a large terrace facing southeast and southwest. 2nd FLOOR: Bedroom 1: 1 single bed + 1 double bed (140 cm) + sink. Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (90 cm) + sink. The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. Parking next to the chalet. No smoking, no pets allowed. From winter 2025/2026: cleaning is included and mandatory. Optional services (subject to availability): linen rental, loan of childcare equipment, Wi-Fi box rental* (euros39/week). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
