The accommodation comprises : Garden level : - Bedroom 1: with king-size bed - Bedroom 2: with king-size bed - Bedroom 3: with king-size bed - Bedroom 4: with king-size bed - 2 bathrooms with shower - One bathroom with bath - 2 separate WCS Ground floor : - 56 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC - Gym in the house (accessible from outside) - Hammam First floor: - Bedroom 5: with king-size bed - Bedroom 6: with a double bed and a single bed - A sleeping area on the mezzanine with a single bed - A bathroom with shower For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private swimming pool (11×4 m) heated in winter and open all year round. - A lovely 20 m² private enclosed garden - A 25 m² ground-floor terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A 25 m² terrace on the ground floor with furniture to enjoy the warm weather Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates non-contractual - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of welcoming you. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.

The house is ideally located in Les Angles, in very pleasant surroundings.
