Ground floor : - Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with bath - A separate WC - A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer First floor : - A 30 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area - A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A beautiful private garden of 400 m², not enclosed - A large south-facing terrace of 23m², accessible from the living room, with outdoor furniture for enjoying the sunny days. Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided free of charge. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
