In Les Angles, we offer this charming 130 m² chalet with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 130 m² garden. Bed Linen and towels extra - we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with mountain and lake views - Bathroom with shower and WC 1st floor: - 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, mountain and lake views - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with mountain and lake views - Bathroom with shower and WC - Laundry room with washing machine - A second bathroom - Separate WC 2nd floor: - Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, with mountain and lake views - Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, with mountain views - A small lounge, with a small opening onto the lake Exterior: - A 40 m² balcony with mountain and lake views and furniture - A beautiful 130 m² garden, private and fully enclosed Other remarks : -Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
