The OVO Network team’s opinion - Chalet Limanosa is ideal for family holidays and business seminars, thanks to its five double rooms and large double beds that can be converted into single beds. Its quiet location and wellness facilities guarantee a relaxing stay, just a few minutes' drive from the resort of La Clusaz. Four of the five rooms are on the second floor, while the last room, under the eaves,  is a family/children’s room for six. Two rooms have a TV and access to a private balcony, while two others each have an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional shower rooms on the ground and second floors, and separate toilets on two floors. The living room on the first floor is bathed in natural light thanks to large doors and windows, and opens onto a panoramic terrace. A modern, functional kitchen and a dining table will make it a pleasure to cater for your group, and there’s a seating area with a wood-burning stove where you can relax after your meal. The wooden décor and neutral tones throughout the chalet make it particularly cosy. The lower ground floor is shared with the adjoining Chalet Kintana – if you are looking for more accommodation, why not book the two together for groups of up to 28? On this floor, you'll find an indoor swimming pool (3m x 4m), a sauna with a shower, and laundry rooms for each property, equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Finally, the lower level houses a large garage for up to six vehicles, with two charging points for electric cars, as well as a ski room and a bicycle store. Just an hour's drive from Geneva airport, La Clusaz is an ideal year-round destination. The village (along with Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod) is part of the Aravis ski area, which boasts 220km of excellent pistes for all levels and 95 ski lifts. Cross-country skiers will find plenty of challenging terrain on the Confins and Beauregard plateaux. None-skiers can make the most of the winter season with snowshoeing, tobogganing and sleigh rides, as well as the village’s ice rink, cinema and heated swimming pool. In summer you will find no shortage of walks, from mountain trails to long hikes on the Plateau des Glières. If cycling is more your thing, the chalet overlooks the Tour de France route, which often passes through Manigod on the way to La Clusaz. Some lifts continue to operate in summer, and can take you and your bike to the top of the mountain bike trails, allowing you to come back down at your own pace. Adrenalin-seekers can try their hand at paragliding, canyoning, climbing and rafting – just some of the many activities on offer in the surrounding area. The beautiful medieval town of Annecy is a must-see in the region, and it’s just a 30-minute drive away. Its lake, considered to be the cleanest in Europe, is ideal for swimming, various water sports and sailing.
