Property information

At the foot of the slopes, 100 m from the Diable cable car in the Venosc district of Les 2 Alpes. With a surface area of ​​150 m2, this magnificent apartment occupies the entire 3rd and last floor of a small residence of 6 apartments, completed in early 2023. It offers a large chalet-style living room with its pellet stove, extended by a large balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Muzelle mountain and the slopes, as well as 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Housing The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes and utensils. The sleeping area is made up of 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms as well as a large independent bathroom. The apartment has an independent ski locker and a double closed garage. Bed sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning is included (the kitchen must still be left clean and the bins emptied).
