This typical chalet of Haute Savoie offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the heights of Morillon in a quiet and inhabited area, in the heart of nature, it offers a breathtaking view of the valley, the mountains, like the peak of Criou. Lulled by the sound of the streams, you can enjoy all the activities that the mountain offers. Although the car is necessary, several walks are accessible from the chalet. After several weeks of hard work, we will be delighted to welcome you and make you enjoy this cozy chalet, carefully furnished to ensure you all the comfort possible. A large living room will allow you to rest or meet up with friends or family around hot chocolates, games, ... You will find in this 105 m2 chalet, everything you need to live comfortably for 8. On the first level the rest area, you can rest in the 4 bedrooms located upstairs. Ski lifts 6 minutes by car in Morillon (parking opposite the eggs) Town center 4 minutes by car (pharmacy, bakery, small supermarket, ski equipment rental, ...) Carrefour 10 minutes by car Heating, because it is cold in the mountains ... The chalet is equipped with programmed electric radiators, in all bedrooms and living rooms. The living room has a pellet stove which if necessary will provide you with all the additional heat you could need. 4 bags of pellets will be made available for a one-week rental. Its use will require very simple but mandatory maintenance otherwise the stove will stop working. A guide will explain how to do it. A wood stove is also present, which for safety reasons, must not be used. Cleaning: cleaning at the end of the rental is included in the price of the accommodation. We obviously want the accommodation to be generally clean when you leave.

This chalet has a completely unobstructed view of the valley and is not overlooked. We discovered this region and this neighborhood and literally fell in love with it. The valley is magnificent and allows for a multitude of activities all year round, whatever the season, and the weather is often pleasant. We decided to do some work to best accommodate family, friends and tenants. Also, we have just finished creating bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Other development work to make even more of our location is planned for a later date. We are in the Paris region, and we rely on a concierge and a few people we know to provide you with the best possible service. The area, very quiet and well maintained, includes other chalets, occupied by residents and also seasonal tenants. In winter, you can enjoy all the activities offered on the Grand Massif area (265 km of slopes), and the rest of the year hiking, swimming (in Lake Morillon, or streams), paragliding, cycling, relaxing, etc. For restaurants, shops, you will find something to do in Samoëns (Morillon is smaller...), or in the high-altitude restaurants. For hikes, there are many, a book available at the chalet lists them. In terms of remarkable sites, you will find the Fer à Cheval cirque in Sixt (10 km away), with the "Bout du monde" with all its waterfalls. For lovers of the Tour de France, the Joux Plane pass is 3 km away
