About the accommodation Rent near Lamballe ( Côtes D Armor ) , 7 km from Morieux ,14 km from Pleneuf Val André , 20 km from Erquy and 27 km from Fréhel and les Sables d or ( beaches ) , a guest room with a bed for 2 people (160) ,a private living - room, ( armchair ,tv , desk ) next to the bedroom , private bathroom ( with shower ) and private toilet . I provide bed linen and towels . Breakfast is included in the Price . Your vehicle will be parked in a secure courtyard . You can store your bikes in a garage with an electric gate . A plot of 1,600 m2 . You can enjoy the terrace . Overnight rentals . Possibility of reserving several days , a large closer in the room ,( wardrobe , shelves ) and a large piece of furniture in the bathroom . Guests , trainees , salespeople and others are welcome to stay at Mary's guest room . We look forward to welcoming you . See you soon in Brittany .
