"Rêves de Gamins" offers you to date: - a cottage for up to 12 people in the town of Sargé les Le mans, rentable in its entirety or per bedroom (3 double and 1 quadruple). - a cottage in the town of Champagné, which can also accommodate up to 12 people (2 bedrooms sleeping 4 and 2 sofa bed) - a studio on the same Champagné property, which can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and a sofa bed). Spend a few days in this charming house, in the heart of a large property with a pond. Upon entering the house, you arrive in the large dining room with its magnificent stove, and in the living room which offers you a splendid view of the garden thanks to its panoramic window. The kitchen is in continuity. A second large living room follows in which you will find a second sofa bed. A first bathroom with bath and shower is located on the ground floor as well as toilets. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms each with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilets. The sofas in the two living rooms fold out to offer up to 4 additional beds (surcharge). You can of course enjoy the garden and go for long walks around the pond. A barbecue is available to you. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
