À 20 minutes du centre ville et de la mer, profitez d une chambre indépendante sur les hauteurs de Nice, au milieu d'un cadre verdoyant et calme avec douche, wc, wifi et parking privatif. Si vous aimez l'animation ce n'est pas une adresse pour vous! Vous pourrez également profiter de l'extérieur avec 1 table, 2 chaises et parasol dans le jardin. Une machine à café, une bouilloire, un micro onde, un mini frigidaire et du thé sont mis à disposition. En montant un peu plus haut sur l'avenue, à gauche vous trouverez une boulangerie avec de très bons croissants et à droite un petit supermarché. Vous pourrez également descendre en ville de différentes façons. En voiture bien sûr mais également par les bus n° 63 et 64 (compter un trajet de 20 mns) ou descendre en voiture jusqu'à la gare multimodale de Nice Nord (à 5 mns), y laisser votre voiture et prendre le tramway. En gardant le ticket de tramway cela vous permettra d'avoir le parking gratuit et de circuler en ville toute la journée (ou aller à la plage) en toute quiétude.
Situé sur les collines de Nice au Nord de la ville et à 20 minutes du centre ville. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel avec une belle vue sur la ville. Un petit supermarché et une boulangerie (fermée le Lundi) sont disponibles à pied. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de Nice et de ses alentours tout en étant au calme et sans souci de parking. Halte idéale également car l autoroute est proche et permet d éviter de rentrer dans la ville.
