This newly renovated appartement is located in the heart of the historic village of Biot. The studio has AC, a 160x2000 bed, fully equipped kitchen, a desk/dining table and bathroom . The appartement is part of a 4 story village row house. There is a shared main entrance and a separate locked doors to each unit. If you come by car, there are several free parking lots to choose from. We are bike friendly !
Nico is French and I am American. We are delighted to live in such a beautiful village and be able to share our home with others. We are outdoor aficionados. We can recommend cultural and sports activities, and assist you with your travel plans.
Biot is a medieval perched village minutes from the sea with a real local community. Biot is known for its artists and artisans. For decades there has been an active glassblowing community. There is a heritage museum as well as a contemporary art museum, le Musée National Ferand Léger.
The Côte D’Azur is a paradise from sea to summit ... sports and nature lovers can enjoy hiking and biking from our doorstep. We are a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, 20 minutes from the famous red rocks of the Esterel Park, between 1-2 hours away from the gorgeous mountains of the Maritime Alps and several ski and parapente stations.
We we less than 30 minutes by train from the parfum city of Grasse, the le Quai des Milliardaires and cap of Antibes and the world renowned Croisette de Cannes. You can easily day trip to Nice where you can enjoy art museums, symphony, La Promenade Des Anglais, and all the famous local culinary delights.
