Whether visiting for work or leisure, this home offers a unique setting for a restful and inspiring stay.
I am passionate about sustainable architecture and designing spaces that are both aesthetic and functional, while being mindful of the environment. I have built three wooden houses, including the one I offer to travelers, incorporating sustainable practices at every stage of the project.
For me, a home should not only be designed for the comfort of its occupants but also for its environmental impact. That’s why I paid special attention to insulation, choosing high-performance materials that ensure excellent thermal regulation, reducing energy consumption. The buildings are also oriented to make the most of solar gains, minimizing the need for heating during the winter months.
Beyond construction, I strongly believe in the importance of reusing and giving new life to materials. Many of the elements in my homes are made from recovered materials that have been repurposed. I enjoy hunting for vintage items, restoring them, and integrating unique pieces into my projects. Every detail of my home tells a story, blending restored antique items with custom-made furniture designed to last.
The interior design follows the same philosophy: durable materials, repurposed items, and a blend of modernity and authenticity in the decor. I have also implemented systems for resource recovery to minimize waste and optimize the management of water and energy.
Hosting guests in a space built with these principles allows me to share my vision of a sustainable habitat where comfort and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. I enjoy offering my guests a peaceful and bright environment, while showing them that it’s possible to live in a beautiful place without compromising ecological ethics.
Whether through architecture, material choices, or resource optimization, my approach aims to promote a more responsible lifestyle. For me, every detail counts and contributes to a more sustainable home where people feel good while respecting the environment.
Here’s a description of the neighborhood in English:
The neighborhood is located just below a large park, offering a stunning view of Paris. It’s a peaceful, residential area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There are a few convenient shops nearby, including a bakery and a small supermarket where you can find everything you need. Just across the street, there’s a high-quality burger restaurant, and a very close Asian takeout restaurant. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find excellent French restaurants that I’d be happy to recommend.
I will send you a map with my recommendations for everything you might need nearby, including restaurants, shopping, cinemas, leisure activities, doctors, pharmacies, playgrounds, parks, markets, and more.
