Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a self-contained part of our farmhouse near the Dordogne river. On a hilltop in a secluded 13 hectares of woodland and fields, you'll be a 10-minute drive to Sarlat, and 5-10 minutes to La Roque Gageac and Domme. Relax by the pool, or enjoy hikes and bike rides along the many trails nearby. Evenings, watch hot air balloons from the terrace until nightfall, when the starlit skies allow for breathtaking views. Owner lives in a separate part of the house.
10 mins to La Roque Gageac, Les Jardins de Marqueyssac 15 mins to Beynac, Castelnaud, Domme, Sarlat 30 mins to Les Eyzies, Lascaux 75 mins to Bergerac Airport 2 hours to Toulouse Airport and Bordeaux Airport Many public hiking trails nearby. Also good for running and mountain biking. Bike rentals nearby. Dordogne river close with many canoe rentals. Car is recommended for getting around. Taxi services are available but limited and need advanced scheduling.
