Our property is ideally located, in a very quiet and popular area. Only a few minutes from the beaches of Cabellou, you can also enjoy many coastal walks (Cabellou, Minaouët, Porzou) and a trip to the local Tabac or Wine Bar and Cave. The center of Concarneau and its old town can be reached on foot via the coastal path in 25 minutes, or in 10 minutes by bike or car. Possibility to go kayaking or paddleboarding at high tide directly at the foot of the house. No parking problem (even in summer): 4 car spaces are available in front of the house. 3 additional spaces in the driveway (closed and private) if needed.
