Located in a quiet road in the popular village of St Thomas de Conac, set high above the Gironde Estuary, it is only a short walk to the local amenities and parking is on site. There is a courtyard terrace with bbq, outdoor seating, an awning for shade and a further private lawned area and terrace with dining table and pool, with valley views and easy access to beaches, vineyards, A10 motorway and Bordeaux and la Rochelle airports.
I work as a project manager, am married, enjoy exploring with my wife and making our home in France. We will be available by txt, WhatsApp and phone for queries and any difficulties. We have tradespeople available for any problems.
