We personally welcome our guests, introduce them to the grounds and the history of the castle, and accompany them to their suite, helping them with their luggage.

Property information

The Château de Mauhic (15th century) is located in the heart of a farm and vineyard estate spanning approximately 100 hectares. The château underwent a complete renovation between 2011 and 2024, meticulously preserving all its historical details. Five accommodations are available for rent within the château. Secluded in the Gers countryside, you can recharge in this peaceful haven, enjoying exceptional views of the surrounding countryside and the village of Avéron-Bergelle. Breakfast is served in the château's grand historic salon or on the outdoor terrace, if our guests prefer. The outdoor terrace is furnished with a large table and chairs for our guests' use.

You will be staying 8 km from Nogaro and the famous Paul Armagnac racetrack. The way to Santiago de Compostela, from Manciet to Nogaro, passes a few kilometers away. The birthplace of D'Artagnan is Lupiac (16 km). The capital of Armagnac is Eauze (20 km). The Guinlet Golf Course in Eauze is 25 km away. The town of Marciac, famous for its festivals, is 35 km away.
