A charming old house in a village location, just a short walk from amenities and local swimming lake, which has a lakeside restaurant open during the summer months. At the property you will be able to enjoy, a separate guest dining room and lounge area with television and log burners, outside there is a terrace with a choice of seating to sit and enjoy the garden and barbecue area. New for 2025, a raised decked terrace area with access straight out of the guest lounge. Hello, and welcome to our chambre d'hôtes. Myself (Natalie) and my husband Krys moved here from Wales in the UK, four years ago with our son. We enjoy meeting new people and welcoming them to the area of Bujaleuf and our home. We opened in July 2023 after having spent two years renovating the house and bringing it back to life to make it a home after it stood empty for 30 years.

Quiet village setting, with local amenities and swimming lake. In the summer there is a restaurant at the lake. During the off-season months, there are restaurants open in Eymoutiers or Saint Leonard de Noblat, both towns around a 15-minute drive. Alternatively, we also can offer an evening meal upon request during off-season time. There are plenty of walking and cycling trails surrounding the village, a friendly Tabac that welcomes all visitors to the area all year round. A village bakery and a local shop all with a short walk of the property.
