Apartment classified 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ GÎTE DE FRANCE. Come and spend a pleasant stay in our 36m2 apartment located on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator) of a secure, quiet and wooded residence. It has a balcony facing east with an unobstructed view. This accommodation completely renovated in 2023 can accommodate up to 4 people. Closed private parking and wifi on site. We provide all household linen except towels. Baby equipment (cot and umbrella, bathtub) available on request.
Welcome to Margot and Dylan, we are doing our best to make your stay go perfectly! We will be reachable through the application for any questions. We do not live on site but are 15 km from the accommodation in case of need.
Location by the sea, with all the necessary amenities within walking distance (shops, restaurants, museum, marina and fishing, mini golf, skate park...). Municipal seawater pool in front of the apartment. Cross the street and enjoy the beach! Courseulles-sur-Mer is a central point for visiting the landing sites. Arrival by train: From Caen station, take the Nomad 3, stop Courseulles piscine, cross the street and you are arrived.
