The accommodation comprises - 27 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer, etc. - Bedroom 1: with two single beds forming a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Shower room (with walk-in shower) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron, Moulinex multi-cooker, meat and sandwich grill, soup mixer and pressure cooker. Outside: - A south-west-facing balcony of approx. 4 m² with views of the lake and mountains and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
