Idéalement situé dans le centre de Cabourg, dans une rue calme et où il est facile de se garer, proche de l’avenue commerçante, le cosy appartement se trouve au 2eme étage d’une villa classée de type remarquable, Accueillant avec son espace verdoyant avec un parc végétalisé de 2500 m2 où la nature s’épanouit et d’une piscine chauffée de mi-Avril à fin Septembre, il invite à la détente et au farniente. Récemment rénové, Il offre son cadre charmeur, serein à vos séjours privés ou professionnels. A deux pas de l’appartement, tout le romantisme de Cabourg : sa plage de sable fin longue de 4 km, les restaurants, commerces et loisirs, le point central est formé par les Jardins du Casino, le Grand Hôtel avec ses baies vitrées que Proust décrit à merveille dans son roman « A la recherche du temps perdu »… Au plaisir de vous accueillir très prochainement
