## The space The cottage is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a beautiful fireplace and a dining area opening onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a large dining table and a cozy corner with a wood stove and a comfortable sofa. A laundry room and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed (135x190) and a vintage bathtub. Another bedroom has a double bed (135x190) and a vanity. The third bedroom is equipped with a single bed. A bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet is also located on this floor. The cottage has a garden at the back and a terrace at the front, providing pleasant spaces to relax. Parking is available on site. Book now for a relaxing family getaway in the beautiful Norman countryside. ## Other things to note PLEASE NOTE : there are many steps and stairs in the cottage. The stairs are quite steep. We specify that guests in the second bedroom must pass through first room to access to the upstairs bathroom.

The Chemin de La Croix Rompue is surrounded by nature, next to the magnificent manor of La Croix Rompue. There are no stores around. You live between the forest of Saint Sauveur le Vicomte (9km) and the coast at Port-bail (7km). You are 10 km from the seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret and 8 km from Lindburgh plage. You can practice many sports within a radius of 10 KM: golf (18-hole golf course in Saint Jean and mini golf in Carteret), tennis and petanque, horse riding, sailing school, sea rowing, sea sports, possibilities for boat / jet ski rentals, fishing on foot, pétanque, walks all as beautiful as each other ... You can even go to the cinema in Carteret and/or La Hay ! For your shopping, you will find Casino in Port-bail or Carrefour and Utile in Barneville-Carteret.
