Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place surrounded by history. Located in a rural hamlet just a few miles from Les Salles Lavauguyon, with stunning views and next to the ruins of Lavauguyon chateau. On the Route Richard Coeur de Lion. Walking distance to the river Tardoire for fishing. Les Salles has a bar/resto, live music Tuesdays and Fridays , church, Abbey, Other larger market towns with all facilities are close by. St Mathieu is ten minutes by car, and has a supermarket and petrol station. Also holds producer markets with music eery fortnight in the summer. There is an overground pool near to a beautiful lime tree where you can sit in the shade. Ten minutes away are Lacs de Haute Charente with swimming, water sport, inflatables and a pizza restaurant by the manmade beach and children's play area.
We have been in the holiday/hospitality industry for 25 years and love to meet new people. We live close by with our two beautiful dogs.
The property is in a rural hamlet and very private. It has beautiful view of open countryside from the back garden, You can also see the ruins of the Chateau Lavauguyon. The hamlet is directly on the Route de Coeur de Lion.
