Cottage Livingstone can accommodate up to 6 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place. The accommodation is composed as follows: On the garden level: - A living room with sofas, armchairs, TV and dining room - An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, etc. - Separate toilet On the 1st floor: you will find a landing with office serving two bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with WC and washing machine On the 2nd floor: - Bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with Wc Other remarks: - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
