Why did you decide to embark on this adventure? Already owners of the restaurant "Version Originale", we like the contact with the people, to please them, to allow them to discover our beautiful region and to propose them Alsatian specialities. So when the house adjacent to our restaurant was put up for sale in 2021, we didn't hesitate to buy it and turn it into a gîte.

Property information

Located in the heart of the historic old town "La Petite Venise" in Colmar, Alsace, in an Alsatian half-timbered house dating from 1645, the gîte "Dock 23" will seduce you with its authentic charm. With a surface area of 145 m2, it can accommodate up to 7 people. Access to the first and second floors of the accommodation is via a wooden staircase. The gîte has been entirely renovated in keeping with the spirit of Alsace, with the charm of the old blending with modern comfort. This very spacious flat is composed of a separate kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, a living room with a dining room and a lounge, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two bedrooms with a double bed, and two bathrooms with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet. The gîte has all the necessary comforts. Beds are made on arrival, towels and household linen are provided and we have TV, wifi, connected speaker, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cleaning products and materials, safe, childcare materials, board games and books. Cleaning at the end of your stay and tourist tax are compulsory. THE PLUS !
