Duplex apartment ideally located 50m from Lorient TGV station in a pleasant street with shops and restaurants. The town centre, marina and Moustoir stadium are all within walking distance. You will be able to enjoy an elegant living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a cocooning duplex bedroom and a large bathroom with Italian shower. Sheets, towels, bed made on arrival, coffee, tea, everything is included and at no extra cost for a serene stay.

A lively and pleasant area just a few steps from the TGV station, you can reach the hypercentre, the Moustoir stadium, the marina or the congress centre in a few minutes on foot. In the street, you will find all shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Free parking in the street and surrounding streets. Bus stop at 10 meters. Very easy to get around on foot (everything within a few minutes) or by bus (bus stop and TGV station) within walking distance. Free parking on the street and in the surrounding area.
